Returns

After receiving your package, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to return your order. After registering the return, you have 7 days to send the package back.

Note: If you do not do this on time, your return notification will expire and you will be required to pay the full cost of the product.

Exceptions

Some of our products are custom cut or made. Personalized orders cannot be returned.

Liability

After handing over the goods to the delivery service, our liability ends. If you accept the package from the courier, this is considered acknowledgment that you have received the shipment complete, undamaged, and in good condition.

Damage or missing items? Report this immediately with photos of the damaged goods and packaging. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt. After this time, we can no longer trace where the damage occurred.

Warranty

If you receive the order and there is visible damage, we recommend you refuse the package. Also if you suspect your order has been opened.

Is the received product broken or damaged? Then contact us via order@xwrap.nl and include:
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A specific description of the damage
  • Your order number
