Processing & Shipping

Processing time: We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment, except for custom products.

Shipping methods: We offer standard and express shipping. Availability and costs depend on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery & Delivery time

Delivery time: Depending on our stock, you can expect your order within 1 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. If we cannot deliver the products, your order will be canceled immediately and you will receive a full refund within 3 working days.

Track & Trace: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email with which you can follow the status of your delivery.

Incorrect address? Please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have already been shipped, we can resend the shipment — however, the costs are at your expense.
Not home? The courier usually makes a second delivery attempt. If you are not present again, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping is possible but the shipping costs are at your expense.

Damage & Defects

Inspection upon receipt: We recommend refusing delivery if you notice visible damage to the package upon receipt or if you suspect the package has been opened.

Damage found after receipt? Report this within 24 hours via info@xwrapshop.com with clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging, along with your order number. Unfortunately, reports after 24 hours cannot be processed.

Returns

14-day cooling-off period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging.

Exceptions: Custom-made items such as custom-cut films, printed stickers, and other personalized products cannot be returned.

Return costs: The costs for returns are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Risk transfer: Liability for the goods is transferred to the carrier at the moment the package is handed over by us. When you sign for receipt, you acknowledge that the package was received in good condition.

Damage or missing items upon unpacking? Report this immediately, within 24 hours, with clear photos and a description of the issue via info@xwrapshop.com After this period, we can no longer determine where the damage occurred.
